Criteria for Men, two additions

1. MUST NOT SMOKE.

2. Must have the ability to make me laugh.

3. Must be tolerant of me yakking away about nothing on hours on end, but must also contribute to the discussion.

4. Must be presentable. (Not have teeth falling out and has decent hygiene… Though the last up for debate)

5. Must, to an extent, be a nerd/geek. Useless trivia a point.

Some little thoughts

There are two guys in my life right now that are actively courting me. I will admit it here that I do like one guy more than I like the other, but whether that liking is going to turn into another love is another matter.

What I’m most concerned right now is the fact that I’m on the rebound. Am I over Nick? I don’t know. Do I really want to embark on a relationship carrying baggage from my previous relationship? I don’t think so. No repeats of the past again as well.

This song came to mind on Saturday while I was thinking about it:

What part of no don’t you understand
(Understand understand),
I want a man not a boy who thinks he can,
Boy who thinks he can!

Thing is, I’m pretty sure that one of the guys who reads this blog knows what I’m talking about. And yes, I consider him a man. Now the other is another matter.

Bleh. Am upping my criteria a bit.

Augmenting reports

The thing about blogging is that it is essentially an online journal. You’re putting your journal/biography/autobiography out for everyone to see. That doesn’t mean that like your journal, you are free to rant and rave. In fact, I think people who blog are actually more at risk. Though they are posting their own opinion, they have to be careful that they do not cross the line and that they are not being seditious. In some respects this is easy because many people realize that what bloggers are doing are just letting people know what they think about certain issues and their opinions.

It stops being so easy when the blogger attempts to make it sound like him/her are reporting events. I know I’m guilty of that in some respects, but I think it’s not that bad yet, is it?

The reason why I am bringing this up is because being a nw blogger, I tend to be on the look out for tips and tricks on blogging. Might I say that so far, Techtv has been a big help? I like their blog reports, although they tend to feature Movable Type rather than blogger. Well, can’t have everything, I suppose.

That’s all for now. Blog some more later. Ciao! ;p
