This was supposed to be yesterday’s post, but I was too lazy to update (plus I just got Throne of Bhaal). In any case, I watched Putri Gunung Ledang yesterday (see below for review) and this happened when I was on my way to the cinema.
I stood near the front of the train, where there was the cute little Indian girl with her mother, aunt and cousin there. She was looking out. Then there was this Malay woman who came in and put her child there. They laughed at the little Indian girl and the Malay boy, before talking about their children.
And it got me thinking. How many countries can perfect strangers talk to each other and be at ease? In a TRAIN no less?
