Sleeping cycles

For the past two weeks, I’ve been working either the 4.30pm-1.30am or the 2 to 11 shift. This means that I’ve been sleeping late, and not out of desire, but rather forced. It doesn’t help that I’m feeling emotionally and physically drained more than ever in my life, especially in regards to the “emotional” bit. And this morning I went to sleep at 3 and woke up at 7 (sporadically, because I didn’t roll out of bed till 7.45) and have been holding back tears for the past few days.

Blergh.
