From her email:
As you may or may not know, I’m applying for a spot on the KaosPilots social enterprise school in Denmark (http://kaospilot.dk). Part of this process is working out different methods for raising funds and awareness for my venture.
GiveMeaning’s website gives me an opportunity to raise more awareness and get ideas and support on how to make my fundraising more effective. They can also help coordinate the fundraising for me.
To have my proposal active, I need 100 votes by April 21. Please go to the project and vote!
You can keep up with my progress at http://wannabeakp.wordpress.com . I’m still waiting to hear if I’ve been shortlisted – I’ll know by April 5th. Nervewracking! Wish me luck 🙂
I just voted on a great idea to raise money for a charitable goal. If you like it too, please add your vote.
What you’re “voting” on is whether you feel the proposed project is worthwhile. When you vote, you’re NOT making a financial commitment of any kind; you’re simply indicating that you think it’s a good idea and should go ahead.
Voting takes less than a minute, and it’s easy – so please VOTE NOW, by clicking here http://www.givemeaning.com/project/wannabeakp to review the project profile (and then just click on the Vote icon to cast your vote).
With enough votes, the Project’s founder can work towards making the idea a reality.
