[101] Meditation Hijinks

She felt her world spinning.

The meditation exercise did not agree with her. Imagining herself as a transparent shell with dirt and grime over herself as her tension, she tried to relax. It was easy at first, but they stopped moving at her shoulders. Her head and shoulders shone with a soft white light, but the rest was still covered. Taking deep breaths, she forced it down. It resisted. She pushed.

Only when her head began spinning did it give. It took some effort and actual physical movement before it was finally off her. Too much tension.

Now what? she thought.
