I find it quite interesting that the Malay word for trouble, “Masalah” sound very similar to the Arabic (?) word for society, “Maslahah” though the latter could be seen to be quite close to the Malay word for lazy, which is “Malas” with the -lah thrown in for an exclamation.

I may just be too sensitive, but hmm….
