In a nutshell because I can feel the vestiges disappearing:

Running away from an entity, being completely useless, hiding in a space, finally able to run home, start working in this cafe, discover I forgot where everything was, wake up realising I need to stop trying to make my dreams flow in a logical manner and let them be, or else I would really be uncomfortable.

Even in my dreams my incompetence shows. Sigh.
