Quick review before I crash

Magical Musicals, on at Sunway Lagoon Amphitheatre from now till 17 July, was a blast to attend. I’ll post a more coherent review in the morning, but there is a single, most compelling reason to watch the show.

Stevie Tate Baur, also known as Nessarose in Wicked, sings As Long as You’re Mine and Defying Gravity in it. I cried. Tenta was in fangirl shambles. That alone, is worth the ticket price.

And now to sleep.

PS: Acoustics are pretty good for a semi-open stage.

I must clarify. I was not in fangirl shambles. I was utterly transfixed and inwardly squealing. (Oh wait, I suppose that counts…)

the acoustics were good cause they were using delay speakers.

something that they learned from last years musical
